Force10 S60 reset config after reload

Hello.The switch rolls back all the changes after the reboot, despite the fact that the running-config is the same in the startup-config. After the reboot, the changes are not saved. the reset factory-default also does not help, the configuration file is loaded. Firmware 8.3.3.10f

Hi, Can you private message me your service tag so we can get some additional information?   So you are copying the running-config to the startup-config and it isn’t saving the changes?
