Forward VTP configuration Through Dell Switch S4048-ON

Dears,

i have 3 cisco catalyst 3650 switches all connected through Dell Switch S4048-ON with application software version 9.13.

i have configured VTP domain on one of the cisco switches, but the VLANs are not propagated to the other cisco switches, when i connected the CISCO switches directectly to each other the VLANs propagation went fine, which means all the VTP configuration are correct.

is there any specific configuration to be done on the DELL S4048-ON to forward the VLANs to the other cisco switches?

i have read about configuring the DELL switch in transparent mode, but i didn't find the specific configuration for it.
