Interface down

Hai Guys

I am using Dell S4148T switch and MXL force10 fabric card. Both are connected through 100GBE QSFP copper cable. But my interface is not up yet. Can you suggest  or help me for troubleshoot the issue.

These are the ports From S4148 port 25 and 26 is connected to  MXL force10  fabric port using 100GBE QSFP Copper cable .
