Is the firmware of the stack up to date? Are you directly connected to the switch from the management PC? Is management on its own VLAN? Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Yes I have upgraded from 6.3.3.14 to 6.6.0.24, but that didn't make any difference. We have all our switches on the same VLAN and this isn't affecting any of the other stacks.
It would appear that it is something to do with routing as If I ping the stack from the same VLAN as the stack there doesn't appear to be an issue, it's only intermittent when trying to access the stack from a different VLAN (and subnet) through our router.
Accessing other stacks on the same VLAN as the one having problems doesn't cause any issues.

Hi Andrew,

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

Any idea why this should be the case?

There isn’t a duplicate ip or a loop in the network is there?
