For Jumbo Frames to work you need to support it on every device involved with the communication. If the clients do not have Jumbo support enabled then the data is getting fragmented, possibly dropped.
I am assuming the servers are all connected to the 5224, do they have any problems communicating with each other? (Everything running Jumbo)
Correct, the servers are plugged into the 5224s and they do communicate fine with each other. Wondering if there is a VLAN configuration that I could do to keep the Jumbo Frame traffic between only the 5224s and the switches since Jumbo Frames is a global switch setting. But then, there is also the LACP trunks that come into play.
