Hi,
Try setting the power mode, page 83 https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_networking/esuprt_net_fxd_prt_swtchs/networking-n2000-series_user%27s-guide10_en-us.pdf it could also be an issue with the ip phone.
