n4032 encrypt local passwords?

I'm not finding a way to encrypt the user passwords for the local users on our new n4032's.

I type username USER1 password PASSWORD priv 15 encrypted 

but the password is still plain text if I do a sh run

I looked around but the only thing I found was that these switches just don't do that.  Is that for real?
