Network connectivity frequently disturbed

Question

Hi, I have 2 Powerconnect 5424 Switches with latest available firmware and bootcode (2.0.0.41/2.0.0.0/HW version 00.00.02). The problem is, i lose the network connectivity from one of the switches intermittently. In the RAMLOG, i can see the following lines a lot. I appreciate if anybody could shed a light to get rid of this problem. Also, when i restart this switches, its dates are reset to 01-Jan-00 eventhough i set to current date. Links going up and down are often HW issues. To debug, One at a time in this order:, change ports, change cables, ,change switch.

Post the output of "show interface status" for the 5424.

Does the other switch show any information about the connected port?
