Networking Clock Signal component failures
Has anyone had support contact them regarding the recall of affected switches (S3048-ON, S4048-ON, S4048T-ON, S6010-ON, S6100-ON, Z9100-ON and C9010 )
I'm getting different answers but it looks like they only want to replace gear that has failed. Has anyone had a switch in this recall replaced "proactivly"
"Once the component has failed, the system CPU will stop functioning but traffic may continue to flow. Once encountered it is likely that the unit will not boot, and will not be recoverable."
