Are there any other IPs assigned to the switch? You may be able to use one of them to access the gui. Since the 2848 does not have a CLI and console access if you can’t get the web gui to load you probably are going to have to set it to unmanaged mode and back to managed mode, which will wipe all of the settings. You could try backing up the settings from one of the other switches and applying it to that one so your settings go back to being the same.
I finally got on the phone with Tech Support and found that the system was mis-reporting what it was. It's a N2048 and we got things squared away. Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Are you sure it is a 2848? The 2848 doesn’t support stacking or voice vlan.
