onmn 5.3 telnet credentials do not work
i keep getting no credentials found for telnet /ssh when i try to backup my config using ONMN 5.3
i have the switch added as a managed resource using snmp. however i tried to configure the telnet credentials but they do not pass. of course i know they are correct credentials. did i miss something?

Hi dirkdigs2,
Are you using the public community for snmp? You might want to try a different SNMP community. Are you able to login with the telnet/ssh credentials manually with putty?

i figured it out . i had to edit the switch and add telnet as a management interface.
previous it only had SNMPv2c and ICMP
