Openmanage Network Manager

hi there,

I've been asked to see if I can get information about a network outage from OpenManage Network Administrator. The outage was last week and affected a whole floor of our company.

I didn't install this and don't know much about OMNM sorry.

Looking at the event history the events only go back 24 hours.

I tried to run the "default interface monitor" report but that comes back blank.

Is there anything else I can try? 

Assuming not what do I need to do to configure OMNM to log such outages in the future.
