how are you connecting to the switches to manage them web or serial?

its been a while since i have used a 3024 so forgive any misleading information. But through the serial port there should be a menu option for link aggregation (and the gui is very similar). Once your in there you should see a list of the ports on the switch with the option to put a "lag number" on them. I dont remember the lag limitation on the 3024, just assign the same LAG number to both ports you want to use (i would assume you are lagging the gig ports 25 and 26). Now if your network is flat layer 2 that should be it, but if you have vlans running on the network you may need to setup your tagging for the new lag port.

Hope this helps, i am going to fire up a 3024 tonight just to refresh my memory incase i have mislead you.
