PC 3448 and 6024 not communicating

Hi,

I have two PC switches and the one 3448 I have is set up as LAG1 on ports G3 and G4.  I have connected those ports to the 6024 to the combo ports 17 and 18 which are also on LAG1.  From there I am not sure how the rest of the setup should go.. both switches are on the 10.2.200 subnet and the only way I can access the PC 3448 is by having a laptop physically connected to the unit and have it in the same subnet.  I cannot ping the IP address of the 3448 from anywhere on the network besides anything local to the switch.  Am I missing a key routing issue here?  We also have multiple VLAN's setup that I am also unsure what the LAD PVID tagging does for that so I just left it with 200, but I believe our corporate network is tagged 3.  I suppose I shoud also be looking at the spanning tree, but both switches have different root ports,... the 6024 root port is g3 whearas the 3448 is LAG1.  Also within the VLAN port settings I am not sure what mode the ports that are part of LAG1 should be in.  I have tried general and changed around the PVID no luck...  When I try to change one of the LAG ports on the 6024 I get this error: Port g17: Port does not belong to PVID VLAN as untagged.  Please let me know what I should be looking at/doing.  Thank you very much.
