Powerconnect 2216 Switch Problem

Hello,

I have an old Dell Powerconnect 2216 ethernet switch.

Last week, I accidently power off the switch(because the power socket is next to other) and suddenly the switch is broken.

It always show all the green and orange light indicat eventhough I already restart my switch hundred times.

Can anyone help me solving this issue? 

I dont know why the picture is uploaded upside down
