Powerconnect 2724

Hi guys for the life of me I cannot connect to the web interface anymore.  It used to work fine.  I think I reset it to default values by turning the switch to unmanaged then to manage mode.  I can ping 192.168.2.1 with no problems but i cannot access the interface.
 
I am using a laptop with windows xp pro with an ip of 192.168.2.10.  I tried ie7 and firefox and i get page cannot be displayed.
 
Any ideas?

I have the laptop connected to the switch all by it self, nothing else is on it. 
 
Yes i can ping 192.168.2.1 but i still can't access the web interface on it.

Do you have other devices (or 27xx switches) with that same MAC address on your network?  Disconnect the 2724 from the network and then try to ping 192.168.2.1.  If you get a response, you have an IP address conflict.

What is the IP address and default gateway of your laptop?  Post the output of the DOS command 'ipconfig'.

I got it bh thank you very much for your help.  I reset it one more time then unpluged it for 5 minutes.  Now i can see it.  :)
