PowerConnect 2848 Failed boot
Good afternoon,
When I turned on my switch I came across red led in the management.
Can not access remotely via serial only. When I came in I came across the following message.

Autoboot in 2 seconds - press RETURN or Esc. to abort and enter prom.
Preparing to decompress...
FAIL !!! Check image for valid file.
Switching to the second image ...
Preparing to decompress...
100%Image in address: 0x0 - Check Sum error!
Both images are not valid ...
Please download a new image.
Downloading code using XMODEM.
Download failed
Perform WARM BOOT ...

I tried to send the firmware by XMODEM but without success.
How can I proceed?

I try this method, but when I use the sending it has a Checksum error.

Is it possible to download the original firmware of this switch?
What I found on dell's website was 0.45
