PowerConnect 5324 dropping connections

I have just upgraded to a PC 5324 from a PC 3024. Since then I have noticed ssh / telnet / msn messenger connections keep dropping / resetting.

 

I'm running a number of servers on a 8MB Business ADSL connection with a number of fixed IP's.

I have a D-Link DSL-504 router modem, from which servers are connected.

Also connected to the DSL-504 is a cable router (with wireless) D-Link DI-624. This is the home / office (private) connection so is hidden from the outside world.

It's on the DI-624 that the 5324 is connected.

 

I first noticed the issue when connected to one of the web servers via SSH and in the process of doing a (linux) yum update, I kept having the connection close on me. I can re-connect without an issue, but it then drops again etc.....

 

Since then I have noticed that MSN messenger keeps logging out every 2-3 mins. MSN then re-connects after 10s or so.

 

I have been through and disabled everything via the web interface, just incase it was some form or filtering resetting etc.
