You will need to access to your Dell Digital Locker also known now as My Account: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-my/000131964/how-to-access-your-dell-digital-locker to download your copy of the OS10. If it is not available, I would recommend create a ticket for your switch to the support.

Unfortunately, the support here in the community might be able to help out. I would suggest raising a case with support to check if it is possible to obtain the firmware.
