problem with putty connection on switch H1048-OPF

Hi,

I need to make a putty connection to switch H1048-OPF (omni-path). So, I use a type A-to-type A connector (install the corresponding driver on windows 10) and configure Putty (115200,8,1,N,N), bye Putty doesn't display anything. 

Did somebody already have the same problem ?
