Problem with second power supply on PowerConnect 8132

Hello!

I have a great switch Dell PowerConnect 8132 with 2 power supply. But second (or left) not activated.

I'm rotate power supply one on over, no result. Both power supply is working (green light on back).

In picture you can see a problem.

I'm update firmware, now 5.1.1.7.

Maybe exist command or something to re-initialize\re-scan switch components ?

Thank you for answer.


1. AC is fine.

2. We tried both variants- with and without UPS- same result.

3. Yes, we swapped cables, also swapped PSU, no result.

We called in ProSupport and on next  week will deliver the new switch.
