Replacement Power Connect 6224 adding to stack
Hello,
We've just had a power connect 6224 replaced under warranty.
- I removed the stacking module from the faulty switch and installed in the new switch.
- Powered up the replacement switch and enabled the stacking ports
- Saved config, powered down
- Attached to other switch in stack with stacking cables
- Powered up new switch
- Restarted master
- Master switch is backup and functioning normally, however the member switch is showing "code mismatch" ?
I've tried powering off the member, removing the member from the stack, then powering back on (I can't reset the master again until out of hours). But I still get the same code mismatch.
Any suggestions?

Hi gsanger,
Use the "copy image unit" command to update the firmware on the unit. This can be found on page 6 of the 6200 stacking guide: www.dell.com/.../pwcnt_stacking_switches.pdf

Hi have tried the copy image command and that didn't seem to help. I think we're going to update both units to the latest firmware when we can schedule a maintenance window. Thanks for your help.
