S4048-on, problema de link com NUTANIX

Boa tarde,

Lentidão no servidor de aplicação.

Foi verificado toda a rede só encontramos erros no S4048 Dell aonde os switches estão conectados diretamente na interface TEN.

Estou com esse log abaixo, na interfaces que estão conectadas ao servidor NUTANIX, na documentação do NUTANIX diz que o MTU deve está configurado para 1500 para obter melhor desempenho,  foi configurado no switch S4048 o mesmo valor de MTU 1500, já há algum tempo vem funcioanndo assim mais agora devido a reclamações de desconexão e lentidão no ERP da empresa verificamos a insterfaces e identificamos esse contador 7934662 throttles, que signinifica descartes e atrasos.

Poderia nos ajudar com  essa questão ?
