S4810P airflow
Hello all,
I have a Force10 S4810P standard airflow switch. I would like to change it to reverse airflow. I've replaced the PSU and fan units with reverse airflow units but the switch still shutsdown with a fan mismatch error. Is there some software setting that needs to be changed to get it to work?

Hi,
It should get the information from the PSU. You may try to fully power off and unplug the switch and then boot it back up and see if it reports it properly. You may also want to try flashing the firmware. https://dell.to/3gJQn7K Let us know if you need anything else.
