Slow network with trunk between 5224 and 5324

Question

Hi,

We made TRUNK with TWO GIGA Ports between 5224 and 5324.

Both ports on each side are ON. Same SPEED, DUPLEX and so on.

NO errors on any counters.

Network is very slow ( application response time)

Trying a ping from stations crossing the trunk give unprdictable results:
No answer from time to time,
Never answer from station from one PC but OK from another ?

If we remove physically one link from the trunk without config modification, network working fine and speedy.

Any idea of a mistake ?

Can you tell us which HW/SW version you are using on the 5224?  Also which ports on the 5224 were you adding into your trunk. Cuong.

There was a known issue on 5224 regarding LAG where it some time fails to pass traffic correctly. This was fixed in a beta FW. I will send the FW directly to you via email to try along with release notes and Dell beta FW notice. Please note that this is a beta release and has not been fully tested by Dell QA - please read the "Dell As Is Software" notice.
