Hi,

Are both ports connected to the same AP? How is the Spanning tree configured?

Hi Josh,

No, there is one switch connected to another switch and this switch has the connections of the AP. The spanning tree configuration is RSTP. I attach the configuration file.

Thanks,

René

Try changing the spanning tree priority and see if that helps. console(config)#spanning-tree priority 4096

Those two ports seem to be receiving a lot more BPDUs than the other ports. Can you try turning on bpdu guard on those ports?

Thank you Josh. I read that it is not convenient to activate BPDU Guard on Trunk ports, Is it ok to activate?

Regards,

René

All ports that face to terminal (computer/server/AP) should be configred to 'spanning-tree portfast'.

this issue would be improve.
