Stack N3024 + N3024EP-ON halt issue

Hi to the comunnity! I have two switches connected in stack and I have a very strange action. Randomly, I lost connectivity from them. Cannot access via web or putty. There is an only one way to start working again. Unplug and Plug the power cord to both of them. I have the firmware 6.5.2.15 in both switches.
