Static DHCP for specific MAC with custom options not getting to intended device

Hi All,

I have a N1524P configured on VLAN Group that reaches a SonicWALL, devices on that switch receive addresses from a SonicWALL DCHP dynamic scope.  I have a device that I cannot configure that needs to static DHCP scope which I tested and it worked.  I duplicated the static scope with the appropriate options at the site where the device needs to be located, but now the device will not pick up the address assignment.  The only difference is this switch in between.  Any advice would be much appreciated.  The device is a Mitel Paging Unit for what its worth.
