Switch console cable

Hi All,

We have inherited a few Dell switch (x1024p model I think). I'm not sure what configuration is on these switch so looking to console onto the switches. However the switches seem to use a micro usb to serial cable which I don't have.

Does anyone know where I can purchase one from or the pin configuration for the cable.
