Unable to access to management interface

Hello,

We have a stack of two DELL powerconnect 7048P running on the firmware 5.1.1.7.

The stack works fine but since few days, we are unable to access to the management interface both via SSH and Serial.

We put the login and the password but after that, the screen is blocked.

We have tried to reboot the sack but the issue still remains.

Is that a known issue on these models 7048P using 5.1.1.7 firmware ?

How can we proceed to get access again and be able to upgrade the firmware ?

Have you tried breaking the stack and seeing if you can access each switch by itself?
