Untagged camera traffic - DiffServ or CoS? 6248

Question

We have a pair of 6248's, the connection between the two is a lag which multiple vlans run through. We recently deployed IP cameras to replace analog cameras. The camera traffic is on its own vlan however i think we are having issues due to increase in traffic moving across the trunk connection between the two switches. The cameras are PoE sending untagged traffic into the port. The port is configured to access mode with the appropriate vlan tag. What would be the best way to implment some QoS to prioritize all other traffic above the camera traffic?  Diffserv, or CoS? What does the CLI look like for the configuration?

Either one should work fine, CoS is on the VLAN level and diffserv is on the packet level Most people use diffserv. Here is an example on a 5524 for voice, but the concepts are the same. www.dell.com/.../SLN292972
