vlan access Between Cisco and Dell

Question

Hi,  Access between Cisco(2960s) and Dell 6248 Without having any VLAN configuration on Dell switch, How can we access VLANs from Cisco switch? but I can PING  (web, ssh) the IP address of dell switch.How does it happen? Pls advice me any wrong? Hi, Both switches have to have a trunk port that passes the VLANs or routing has to be enabled so that they can route to other VLANs.
