VLAN trunking multiple VLANS best practice?

Hi All

I have a Dell 8024-k stack and I have a trunk to my vmware host server - i have an interface with 

Switchport trunk allowed vlan 2,6,9,100, 200 

My question is I need to add another vlan into the trunk - what is my best option?  Do I change the allowed vlans to 2-200 so it encompasses any future vlans to add in or do I allow 2,6,7,9,100,200 ?  Which is best?
