You're going to need to route between the VLANs to get them connected to an Internet router or firewall. To accomplish this you're going to need a layer-3 switch such as a 6024, or a Router with an ethernet port that's configured for 802.1q trunking with 37 sub-interfaces. The 3448 will not route between the VLANs, you have to trunk the traffic to something that can.
