When setting up new user I am getting an error

Hello all,

So I am following a basic setup that I have found online. I am getting stuck on setting up a user account. It is a dell powerconnect 5524. I am typing in the commands as follows

Console(config)# username falkon password MustangGT03 level 15

Note: this is not the real password I am using. But even if I type a password of "12345" or "password" I still get the same error. 

Error: Wrong number of parameters or invalid range, size or characters entered.

As far as I can tell I am typing everything as the tutorial says correctly. I am configuring this switch from scratch .  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am on a time crunch and need to configure this quickly.
