1394 Net Adapter??

​Hey all,​

​Just installed an Audigy 2 ZS in my XPS system and noticed under device manager in XP after installation that it lists a 1394 Net adapter #2 under Network Devices. I always thought that a #2 device is a duplicate and the settings are incorrect. Now I realize that there is a firewire port on the front and obviously one in the rear on the back of the soundcard but I don't recall seeing this when the OEM Audigy 2 was installed. I've tried uninstalling the device but it keeps coming back as #2 and under network connections it lists 1394 connection #7 Enabled. Each time I uninstall the connection # increases. Trivial perhaps, but wondering what's going on here and if old drivers are interfering.​
