1600N network scan server error number of users

Hi,

I have a 1600N that I have used for several years and at several different locations. I now have it at home and when setting up the network scan I get an error message of "The server has exceeded the maximum number of users"

The problem I have is that none of the computers will come up on the list of computers to send a scan over network to on the printer. I can ping the printer, Print to it just can't scan from printer over the network. I would use the USB but I need to scan to more than 1 computer. I have 5 machines that I want to scan to. it has worked in the past but not now.

Is their some kind of limit on the number of machines that can be setup to receive scans over the network? if there is how can I clear it and start over have tried all that I can think of to clear except reflash the firmware.

any ideas would be greatly appreacated!
