adding an external antennal to latitude d600

My wife's Dell Latitude D600 with a Dell 1350 WLAN card built in (I guess) and she get's a weak signal at her desk. I know it's not the wireless router because at the same desk, an Apple iBook gets a full signal.

Is there an external antenna I could purchase to boost the signal-catching ability of this computer?
