Hi,

The steps provided by Microsoft did not fix the issue. When I check in the Device manager and  right click in "Windows Mobile-based device support", then Properties I read: No drivers are installed for this device.

By the way, what is the Windows Mobile Device center for? I opened it and I read: Not connected.

My laptop is running Windows 7, 64x bit.

Hi Techfan15,

Thank you for your reply and for providing an update on the status. Windows Mobile Device Center is used to sync mobile devices with computers. Have you followed the steps provided by Rick?

Please let me know about the status and the system model (E.g. Inspiron 15R SE).

Hi Rajath

I have checked Rick's steps but my computer is Toshiba Satellite L775-S7105, so Dell drivers do not apply. I have Dell products, but it is a printer.

Hi Techfan15,

Thank you for your reply and for providing an update. You have to check with Toshiba Support for compatible drivers for the Bluetooth device.
