Airplane mode stuck on.
I have a Dell Inspiron 7737 and I had to restore it to factory mode. Since doing this it will not allow me to connect to my wireless wifi. It is stuck on airplane mode. I have tried pressing the F2 button and also the print screen and fn button and it did not work. Any advice.

Right click the start button and select Device Manager. Expand Human Interface Devices and if you see the Airplane Mode Switch and Airplane Mode Switch Collection right click them and select Disable. Then see if you can connect. Then repeat and select Enable and see if you are still connected.

I have tried this, and it did not allow the computer to turn off airplane mode. Other than the options the orginal poster tried, do you have any other ideas?
