AOL password rejection
We have just assembled our new Dell and already have an established AOL account. When we put in our AOL password - the computer will not accept - I changed the area to say I am an existing member - there is no message, it just freezes up.
Question, should I uninstall & reinstall AOL 9, call Dell, or call AOL? Thank you for any help.

Congrats on the new Dell and good luck with it. :)
When you're setting up AOL on a second account, usually you'll sign on as guest and after establishing the network connection, AOL will prompt for your username and password. Try it that way. Also, MAKE SURE THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON IS NOT ON SINCE PASSOWRDS ARE CASE SENSITIVE.
If that doesn't work, it might be uninstall/reinstall time.
