AT&T built-in wireless/Comm Mgr.

I received my M1330 today with At&t built in wireless and it connects ok but when I try to get on internet explorer, it won't load any web pages. At&t says it's because I don't have "communication manager". Can't set up an email account or anything. Any ideas?
