Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Any details as a result of a hardware scan?

Also try running these dos cmd.exe commands

getmac

netshow wlan show all

If they are are bit long you could redirect by

netshow wlan show all >> c:\showall.txt

OR

netshow wlan show all | more   

for a screenfull at a time.
