Bluetooth Adapter for Wireless keyboard and mouse not working
I have dell wireless keyboard and mouse KM3322W and bluetooth adapter for it is not working. What should I do?

What to try first
Remove any battery tabs, then fit fresh batteries and confirm the polarity is correct.
Turn the keyboard and mouse on using the switches on the bottom.
Remove the receiver/adapter, wait about 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
Try a rear USB port if this is a desktop, or another port if it is a laptop.
Restart the computer after reconnecting the adapter.

This is not a Bluetooth keyboard-mouse combination -- it needs the original wireless adapter that shipped with it.
