bluetooth and mobile phone nightmare!!

I just bought a lovely new inspiron 520m with bluetooth capabilities so I could communicate with and tranfer files onto my Nokia mobile phone.. but sadly am having a lot of trouble getting the bluetooth to work.  I have so far managed to pair the devices and downloaded a music file, but only once and it won't work again.  When I use the Nokia software to try and find active devices it doesn't pick up the mobile (which has bluetooth enabled!) .. Can anyone help or suggest what to do?

 

If someone can suggest a good place I can go to find out how to use bluetooth properly, as I'm pretty much finding things out by trial and error, that'd be great!
