Bluetooth l2cap interface with N5010

Hi guys.. my laptop is N5010.. i'm having a problem with this driver as you can see in the picture below..

for my knowledge.. i guess this problem limited in some computers and unfortunately my computer is one of them..

before i add this post i'v read and tried all possible solutions in dell community but didn't work.. anyone help me plz
