Bluetooth not affected by wireless switch anymore - Latitude E5500

Greetings!

Dear all, my problem is that I can't switch bluetooth back on on my Latitude E5500/Win 7. The WS (wireless switch) does not affect BT anyomre, just WLAN despite in BIOS all 4 checkboxes are checked in the Wireless section.

I recall that months ago I set the WS to affect only the WLAN, but I do not recall what software utility was that. It have had a user interface with a dropdown list where I was able to select what features the WS should affect: wireless or bluetooth or both. Maybe it was Dell Wireless Card Utility? If so, I think I uninstalled it later b/c can't find this utility on my laptop. How could I restore the original functionality of the wireless switch? It seems that Windows overrides BIOS settings (e.g. temporary I set the WS to not affect wlan) but after windows is loaded in, the WS switches wlan off and on happily.

Thanks!

Drivers and utilities are found on Dell's website

Thanks, I think the problem is that there is no BT hardware at all in this computer. It is a corporate and I have a 2nd instance of Latitude E5500. Disabling BT radio described in my initial post perhaps occurred to to the previous E5500. Anyway, I disassembled my current box and the socket near the wlan card is empty, so I guess there is no BT card in this computer.
