Bluetooth Wireless 375 v.s. 380

I have a Dell Latitute E6520.  It has the older Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth card.  I have a device that requires BT 4.0 while this card is only BT 3.0.  I saw online that they sell the Dell Wireless 380 card.  When looking at both of these cards, they appear to be the same.  Difference seems to be just the version of BT?

Can anyone verify this.  Is the e6520 compatible with the Dell 380?
