Byte BM 5710 BT Blutooth headphone, no sound from one side
Hello,
I cant hear sound from one side of blutooth headphone (Byte BM 5710 BT.). What I should I do for solving this problem? Should I Install drivers?

Was this purchased directly from Dell? I cannot find any reference to this product on our Dell support site? Assuming that you read through its User Manual? Did you go to the manufacturer website and look for troubleshooting steps?
