C840 is it compatable with 1300 mini pci

Hello

I cant seem to get a definite answer on weather the Truemobile 1300 series will work with my c840.  If it will work is there anything odd that has to be done to make it work.

It will work,  but you may not have the antenna lead in your system.  Without the internal antenna,  your reception will be much less than tollerable...

Your C840 has the internal antenna lead (if it came with the MiniPCI 1150 card).

If not, buy the antenna lead for the C840 with MiniPCI 1150 (about $7) & connect to the TM 1300/1400 on their PRIMARY terminal.

I'm in the UK and just bought a 1300 from ebay. Can anyone tell me the part number for the antenna as it's very hard to get parts from Dell in the UK .
